Recorded January-December 2003 in Downtown Raleigh, NC, except "Wait 4Ever", "Sushi Blues", "Right Arm" and "The True Meaning Of Winter" were partly recorded by Rob Girardi at Lord Baltimore Studios in Baltimore MD on March 05, 2003.

Originally a CDR demo that was sold in the UK during a short tour in April 2004, and mailed out to labels throughout 2003.

"Wait 4 Ever" originally by Swirlies. Vocals and bass by Beth Varden.

"Sushi Blues" also features Beth on bass and vocals. She plays guitar on "Right Arm" and "The True Meaning Of Winter", too!

"The True Meaning Of Winter" also features Rob Girardi on guitar and Dave Bergander on percussion.
